
Company History and Mission
James Frager, Craig Perry and Jack Taylor founded the FPT Group in 2003
to provide unique construction management services in all aspects of commercial,
residential and institutional developments. Although headquartered in San
Diego, FPT Group provides project delivery throughout California as well
as nationwide.
With over 70 years of construction industry experience, the principals
give the firm a solid foundation for delivering a full range of construction
management services. FPT Group offers a diverse background within the development
and construction industries. Extensive work in both the Private and Public
Sector gives the company a unique ability to work with clients and deliver
the knowledge and experience of working within the California Public Contracting
guidelines and laws.
The FPT Group mission is to provide the highest quality range of project
and construction management services to both Private and Public Sector
